Well well well, Barbie was a vision. A vision born on the idea of a prostitute. Hurray for female self esteem!
TRIVIA: Did you know that if Barbie was a real person she would suffocate in her own bodily fluids because she can't stand up and elevate her self because her boobs are too big?
If there was an object that would lower my self image and make me feel like a fat blob of nothing it wouldn't be Barbie. Growing up I had a UN of different Barbie dolls. All nations, one size. My body image is just fine.
If there is a toy that we should ban it shouldn't be Barbie, she's inspirational! She's a vet, a marine biologist, a doctor, an actor and a whole assortment of life goals that so many girls will not be able to achieve because of society itself, not a plastic blob of promoted insecurity.
BAN KITCHEN SETS! BAN IRONS! BAN BABY DOLLS. Lets ban toys that turn women in to stepford wives eh?
