Successful Athletes

We are good at sport and successful in sport such as Tennis, Swimming, Football in our term Soccer, Rugby League and Cricket. We play many other different sports, that other countries do not know about. With the Beijing Olympics we did achieve gold medals, silver and bronze in different areas. Australia does spend a lot of money for sport, this is why Australia has a lot of sporting athletes, In every Olympic games we are successful, we are always coming fifth or seventh on the board. We are like other Western countries, we achieve goals and go for our goals and what we can do better. Sport is good we look after ourselve. The Olympic games was good, I liked watching the Swimming and Gymnastics the most. Gold is the best to achieve. When the athletes of Australia do achieve an Olympic gold medal, you can see their facial expressions, they look and feel proud of their medals. I do agree that Australia can excel in more areas than sport if we spread the wealth and the respect. We did achieve more gold and silver medals than bronze.
