Channel 7 was supposed to put ads about "Free Tibet" before the Olypmics and in other spots.
It didn't happen. Should we be be surprised? NO!
Channel 7 like any other company, is run by fat men in business suits who don't care for what journalism is really about. They have absolute contempt for journalism. So lets not bag out Channel 7 exclusively. Main stream media in general is joke.
It all comes down to censorship, because running Tibet ads while running the Olympics coverage is a conflict of interest. Censorship will continue to be ever present until the end of time as long as people who have no desire to tell the truth and be true to the public still run the media.
Why didn't anyone have the guts to just ban the Olympics in the first place? With the way the Chinese government has acted, they didn't deserve the right to host.
